I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was absolutely charming and spacious, with beautiful decorations and a clean environment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff treated me like a princess. They were friendly, helpful, and made my stay truly enjoyable.

It was a good standard and wonderful 4-star hotel, met standard. The restaurant here was perfect with great service and gorgeous food, we both ordered excellent dishes. The service was absolutely first-rate!

Modern venue, exceptionally nice location just next door to the Spanish Steps and the amazing shops of Via Condotti, the metro in the other direction and Piazza Navona, loved our stay. The rooms were gorgeous and huge here with queen-sized canopied bed, sitting areas and other features. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Everything was simply outstanding. Had incredible stay with his exceptional services. The staff were helpful, ready to any request. The location was good and fantastic, near to excellent restaurants, shops, most key attractions and shopping areas and the Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte and easily accessible. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Tartufi & Friends that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The weather was beautiful, had special stay with his exceptional services. Our hotel room was luxurious and gorgeous with a single bed. In general the staff were best and excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better - everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The old world charm of the place was truly enchanting, and it felt like stepping back in time. The staff was delightful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a cozy armchair. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the complimentary water in the mini-bar to the fresh towels and sheets every day. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was hit and miss. I only received the breakfast coupon for two out of the four days of my stay.

Particularly good and fantastic location, it was right by an ancient palace in the center of Rome stuff excellant, and the center of Rome.

My new year experience at this hotel was fantastic! The historical ambiance made the stay a unique experience. I loved learning about the history of the suite I stayed in, which was once lived in by royalty. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. the suite was exceptionally well decorated with antique furniture, and the butler was attentive and helpful.

There were a few things that weren't perfect. the lack of modern amenities like a gym or a bar made it difficult to relax indoors.

The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

It was a joy to wander through the hotel's general areas, taking in the beauty of the architecture and the paintings. The easy accessibility throughout the hotel, including the private balcony overlooking Piazza Venezia, allowed me to explore the city with comfort and convenience.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff. A little more attention to the needs of the guests, especially the elderly, would have made the stay even more enjoyable.
